Low-to-high cable fly
A cable fly from the low pulleys up to chest height, for the upper chest.
- Works
- Upper chest, Front shoulders
- Equipment
- Cable station
How to do it
- 1Set both pulleys low and take a handle in each hand. Stand in the middle with one foot slightly forward.
- 2Start with your arms down at your sides, elbows slightly bent and palms facing forward.
- 3Raise the handles up and together in front of your upper chest in a wide arc.
- 4Squeeze for a moment, then lower them slowly.
Coach's tips
- Stop at chin height. Going higher moves the work to your shoulders.
