Terms of use

1. Your health comes first

• The content is general information about training, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant or haven't trained in a while.
• Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything else unusual.
• You train at your own risk. Choose weights and a pace you can control, and use a spotter for heavy lifts.

2. Your account

• You need to be at least 14 to create an account.
• Use a real email and keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person.
• You can delete your account at any time under Your account.
• We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

3. What you add

You can add your own programs and YouTube clips. They must be legal and not offensive, and you're responsible for them. Only you see your personal clips. Administrators may remove content that breaks these terms.

4. Copyright

The site's texts, animations, programs and design belong to Sergo's Fitness. You may use them for your own training, but not copy them, publish them elsewhere or collect them automatically without written permission. YouTube clips belong to their creators.

5. The service

The site is free and provided as it is. We may change it, pause parts of it or close it. We don't promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries, damage or losses from using the site or its information. This doesn't limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too. Bulgarian law applies.
